Catch Up Time

Posted on September 23, 2019

Hello and thank you for all of the lovely messages I have received regarding my last post. It means so much to me to know that people have taken the time to send love and to share their own stories of loss. Sending a huge amount of love to you all xxxx

So, I have been keeping busy including becoming an Amazon influencer! I now have my own storefront where I share products that I like:

My favourite product at the moment (that has literally changed my life) is my new coffee machine! Let me know if there is anything you think I should add to my store?

What else have I been up to? Well I was a guest at the brilliant and delicious Scripts for Supper and then (on the same day!!) went for dessert at Whisk (wearing stretchy clothes of course! I judged for The Great Taste Awards, including a very interesting spirits tasting day! I’ve been to Dubai and Orlando (and fell in love with Williams Sonoma!)

I held a Blooming Great Tea Party in honour of my late mum. I went to see Nigella Lawson and Yotam Ottolenghi in conversation at the National Theatre. My daughters and I had afternoon tea at The Chesterfield Mayfair and I spent a great day meeting people and tasting products at The Speciality and Fine Food Fair. I supported the Anna Freud Centre’s Self Care Summer Campaign by promoting baking. I have been to Nudge PR’s Christmas Show and tried lots of great Christmas foods at Iceland’s Christmas event (tempura sprouts were amazing!)

Thanks so much Iceland Foods for inviting me to celebrate Christmas with you today! In a break from traditional PR…

Big thank you to Tala for inviting me along to their Ready Steady Bake competition. It was a lot of fun, my partner and I were very competitive but sadly we didn’t win!

It didn’t matter though, because it was a really great evening and I personally am a big fan of Tala – especially their Cook’s Measure (the current version perfectly matches my kitchen!) Its a really useful and clever tool:

So thats a round-up of what I have been doing and it seems that once again that was a mammoth one!! Please make sure you are following me on twitter, instagram (stories especially) and facebook to keep up to date with everything I am doing.

I will try (my hardest) to keep updating here more (I know, I know, I always promise that!) Right now I have Thame Food Festival this weekend, where I am hosting the stage on the Sunday and I have a VERY special project that I am working on.

Be back here soon!

Suzy xx
