Half Term Fun

Thanks to everyone who entered my competition with Brilliant Baking Magazine! I will be announcing the winners soon and will be back with another competition tomorrow!
Thought it was time for a proper catch up from me too….it’s been a busy old time at Pelta HQ as it’s been half term. Thankfully this time it was jam packed full of playdates, family time and of course some baking!
My little ‘cherubs’ and I had fun making and decorating heart biscuits (using the recipe from my Kids’ Baking Kit) and also making chocolate chunk cookies.
I also spent some time working on a very special recipe that I can not wait to show you…..but you’ll have to wait a little bit until all is revealed…..!! 🙂
Oh and I also tried to master rainbow looms…but I think I need more practice!!!!
During half term the information came through about the girl I am sponsoring with PlanUK and my twins drew some fantastic pictures for us to send to her:
It’s really incredible how much of a difference you can make by sponsoring a child and I’m so happy that we are doing this!
All in all, half term passed by quite nicely and we had lots of fun! I have to say though, I am happy to be back in my normal routine and have lots of work to do…..
I’ll be back tomorrow with another competition!
