Hello!
So, The Happy Apron Company Twitter Competition is now CLOSED! Thank you for the many retweets! I will be announcing the winner on Monday.
I have had a busy week catching up on myself after all the excitement surrounding my Blooming Great Tea Party for Marie Curie! I am totally thrilled to say that I raised a grand total of £560 and you can read all about the day here.
This week has seen Marie Curie run their Care For A Cuppa Tea Break every day at 11 & 3, where tweeters have won Cafe Direct and Bake With Suzy goodies! I am looking forward to seeing all of the finished baked loveliness.
My latest recipe was also launched this week: English Breakfast Tea Biscuits. Light buttery biscuits with a subtle tea flavour. You can find the recipe here.
Next week is busy with meetings and recipe development and before that of course we have Father’s Day, where Mr P, my dad & my father-in-law are all going to enjoy a bagel brunch followed by ice cream pizza at my house!
