I love baking. No great surprise there. In fact, as we speak, I am working on some recipe development for the brilliant Cafe Direct and I have to say, I am pretty happy with the results….watch this space!
In the meantime, some recipes that I love, I have packaged up and put inside my Bake With Suzy gourmet baking kits! One of my favourite kits has to be my Chocolate Dipped Cookie Dough Balls. All of your key ingredients are inside the gorgeous blue retro tin. All you have to do is add your butter and milk (no egg required for this recipe) and follow my step by step recipe guide! You may have seen me recently demo these on QVC where they were a great success!
