Busy, Brilliant Baking Times!

Hello,
It seems like I start every blog post with an apology for it being ages since my last one and I’m afraid this is no different! However, its only because I have been brilliantly busy!
So what have I been up to? Well, I have been a judge at The World Bread Awards. I was part of the gluten free judging team, which enabled me to learn so much about gluten free baking! I also got to say hello to some familiar baking faces, including my lovely friend Luis Troyano:
I’m really looking forward to the Awards Dinner this coming week…..I just need to work out what to wear…(do I have enough dresses?)
I’ve also been filming some recipes for Waitrose TV!
It was such a fun day filming and was especially lovely to film in such a beautiful kitchen:

I’ve written my final blog post of 2015 for Marie Curie’s Blooming Great Tea Party Campaign and revealed that my final tea party total was in fact (drumroll please…) £1000!!!!!
I’m thrilled with this amount and I’m thrilled with this year’s campaign as it has been the best yet! Read my final post here.
