It’s the Jubilee weekend and I’ve been busy baking! As always, I have to give my baking a little twist….so check out my scones. Not ordinary scones, but triple chocolate scones which are absolutely delicious when topped with either peanut butter or cream cheese! As usual, they are incredibly easy to make, use store cupboard ingredients and are just a little bit different! Plus another brilliant thing about these scones are that they are completely egg-free, so they are a delicious option for people with egg allergies.
As well as baking, I have been seeing friend’s and family and recording vocals for some original songs I am working on!
As a result of all this busy-ness, it is now 5pm and I’m in my pyjamas! An evening of catching up on my tv planner and a large glass of red awaits!!
