Feast

Yesterday I made a feast. My dad’s cousin was over from Argentina and I hosted tea and dinner. Tea consisted of a certain chocolate and banana cake with peanut butter frosting, chocolate cookies and my newest recipe – Salted Caramel Choccy Nutty Crunch.
These delicious crunchy bites are not difficult to make, but I am afraid they take a little bit of time. I have shown you a step by step guide to making them but I must warn you…these are not for those of you with dentures/false teeth/no teeth….did I mention they are crunchy?!?
For dinner last night I made salmon fish cakes, cod goujons, crushed potatoes and a variety of salads and dips! It was rather yummy and I’m looking forward to leftovers for dinner!
Unfortunately though, due to the fried fish and the fact that twin 2 wet the bed last night, my house now smells of fish and urine. It is not good.
Talking of my house, B&Q boiler man came to look at the boiler and I should know by the end of the week, what the plan of action is!
Now I must go and open a window or two!
