Hello and welcome to my blog!
First things first….THANK YOU so much to those of you that voted for me! I didn’t get a chance to thank everybody when I was on the show, but I want to take the opportunity to say how grateful I am for the incredible support that I have been shown.
An extra special shout out to all of those lovely people on Twitter and Facebook, who have been baking my cake and sending me pictures of it! It has been amazing to see my creation baked in kitchens all around the world!
I had a fantastic time on the ‘Lorraine’ Show! Joanna Lumley said my cake was ‘heaven’ and the feedback was so positive! However, I really don’t want to be just a ‘one cake wonder’, so watch this space for more delicious recipes, that are easy to make and just a little bit different!
If you haven’t yet had a chance to bake my winning cake, then what are you waiting for? It is SO EASY to make! All you need is a saucepan, spoon and weighing scales. No whisking and no fancy kitchen equipment required! It is so moist and so yummy! Go on….give it a go!
Right…I’m off to research kitchens…will be back soon! 🙂
