Salted Caramel Tea at Paul A. Young at Heals!

I love a good cream tea and have been very fortunate to recently sample Afternoon Tea at both The Grove Hotel & The Hoste Hotel! Today I tried something a little bit different, but oh so delicious – Paul A. Young’s Salted Caramel Tea at Heals!
I dragged* (*not strictly true) my sister along with me and we spent the morning eating brown sugar scones with clotted cream & (award winning) salted caramel spread! (Seriously every Thursday should be spent doing this!) We drank tea, coffee & (award winning) hot chocolate & ended the tea with an award winning salted caramel chocolate where the caramel and salt are so perfectly balanced, I have never tasted a better chocolate – no wonder it was voted best in the world two years running at the International Chocolate Awards.
After our indulgence, we decided to indulge some more and bought some goodies to take home – Mr P thoroughly enjoyed his Classic Fudge Brownie.
