This time last year my whole life changed.
Exactly a year ago today I won ITV1’s Lorraine Cake Club Competition!!!
Time really has flown and I have this cake to thank for the amazing opportunities that I have been given:

Thank you to Mrs Wise for being my baking sounding board. Thank you to Mrs Bloom for being you. And thank you finally to Mr P and the three little P’s – I love you all more than words can say.
I’m off to soak up some rays and eat some celebratory cake!
