Happy New Year!

Hello!
And a belated Happy New Year! Did you have a lovely Christmas? Mine was filled with lots of fun family times:
We had family film nights:
And lovely days out, including one to Spun Candy for a lollipop making masterclass:
It was also my birthday, so it was filled with lots of cake (of course!):
My New Year’s resolution is to keep my blog more updated! I have a lot happening this year and even just for myself (although I hope it is more than just myself reading this!!) It is lovely to almost keep a diary of what I am doing!
So, why is this year so exciting for me…..MY FIRST BOOK WILL BE OUT IN MARCH!!!!! And did you know you can preorder it here? It is called ‘Miracle Mug Cakes and Other Cheat’s Bakes and features super easy, super delicious bakes that everyone can make.
I can honestly say that this book is a dream come true and something that I have wanted to do for a long time. I am looking forward to sharing with you all that I am doing around the book’s launch…it’s so exciting!!! (Sorry once again for the overuse of exclamation marks!!! 😉 )
I also have been a part of an incredibly exciting collaboration, which you should hear about very soon. Lets just say, my nose is a beautiful shade of red…. 🙂
I will be back teaching at Divertimenti – this time it will be recipes from my book! You can find out more information and book for my class on 15th March here.
I am once again working with Marie Curie this year on their Blooming Great Tea Party Campaign. In fact I am currently working on ideas for this year’s Official Campaign Cake – watch this space…
