Waitrose and BBC Good Food Show

Posted on November 19, 2015

Hello!

Time for another catch up from me…and I’ve had a fantastic couple of weeks!

My first recipe video for Waitrose TV’s ‘Love to Bake’ series is now live:

And you can find the full recipe for my Triple Chocolate Pastry Bites here.

I had so much fun filming this video and look out for the next one from me in a couple of weeks! Here’s a few behind the scenes shots too:

I was lucky enough to be invited to a La Belle Assiette evening by Colin at The Food Sauce. La Belle Assiette provide private chefs for your home, so you can have delicious food cooked for you! I took my gorgeous friend Natasha with me and we feasted on the most stunning menu of ceviche, gnocchi and tiramisu:

I highly recommend La Belle Assiette as the food was top quality, they have chefs that provide lots of different cuisines and they clear up afterwards too! Win win win!!

In other news, Bake with Suzy has just finished another succesful run on Achica and still has a few days left on Secret Sales – these baking kits make great Christmas presents, why not get them at a great price? 🙂

And last but by no means least, last weekend was BBC Good Food Show London and Good Food Bakes & Cakes Show!

I ran 5 masterclasses where I showed people how to make a Cheats Nutella Fudge & Cookie Dough Bites. Both are super easy no-bake recipes that make great homemade gifts. Here are a couple of masterclass action shots:

I also ran 3 Magimix Cookalongs on the Bakes & Cakes Stage, where I worked with the very handsome Marcus Bean again:

I made Cookie Dough Cheesecake Slices and had two members of the audience baking with me each time! Thanks so much to all that baked with me and watched me, and please send me pictures of your cookie dough cheesecakes when you make it! Here’s a few action shots of the Bakes & Cakes Stage:

In between all of my demo’s I got to hang out with many familiar faces, including Mr Paul Hollywood himself:

All in all it was a brilliant weekend and a brilliant show, but I am not going to lie….I am cream crackered! So I’ve taken a few days off to chill out, before a busy week next week of meetings! (I will tell you more very soon!)

Look out for more competitions coming up too!

I’ll be back soon
